Charles Evers Whyte, 48, of 58 Boice Rd in Egremont, MA was arrested on a PRAWN warrant after her turned himself in on Oct. 28, 2014 at Greenwich Police station. Whyte was charged with Failure to Respond to an infraction for the charge of Allowing a Dog to Roam, which was initially issued on Thanksgiving in 2010.
Whyte’s bond was set at $92, which he posted. He is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Nov. 4, 2014.
